Fit and Finish…

​

All our products are CNC machined, with a clean cut finish, no sanding is required.  All pieces will be trimmed with your choice of colour of the knock in rubber edging.   The rubber edging is hard wearing and is a must in a leisure vehicle.  It is widely used throughout the industry and gives a professional finish and look to our units.

All drawers within our units use soft close runners.  This means they can’t be slammed and once closed they hold the drawer firmly in place, with no rattle or movement.

​

The drawers and doors have a clean shut line and are recessed within the corresponding panel.  They sit flush and inset with matching finish that will flow straight through. We use flush fitting push locks and a clean looking way to add a locking mechanism to the doors, ensuring they wont open and contents can’t fall out whilst in transit.

We only use the best quality hinges, fully adjustable allowing the doors to have straight shut lines, whilst allowing easy operation.

Our units come as standard with a front bed board with a flip down door.  As there’s so many different shapes and sizes of beds on the market, if you let us know the dimensions of yours, handle locations etc, we can cut one to fit, or we can send you a blank un-scribed board for you to cut to size.

If you choose a wood grain veneer finish, the wood grain will match and flow through all the pieces, as the doors and drawers are cut out of the same piece.  No mismatch grain here, we are proud perfectionists.

Our units are supplied with mounting blocks and brackets for you to secure the unit in your vehicle ensuring no movement once its installed. 

 

They are designed to fit in your vehicle alongside a folding rock ‘n’ roll type bed.  Our production unit works with an 1120mm wide bed, leaving clearance for belt buckles and the overhanging upholstery.  We also offer units that are narrower, designed for wider beds, please enquire.

Our units are designed to accommodate a Weaco CR50, though should you have a different sized fridge, we can build a bespoke unit to suit your requirements.

​

Our units are designed to accommodate the SMEV9222 domestic hob and sink unit.  When ordering please let us know if you do or don’t require this cut out.  (no extra cost)

​

Our units offer lower access to the wheel arch through a door, this area is commonly used for storing leisure batteries and gas bottles.

​

If you are thinking of having a control unit, usually mounted to the side of the wardrobe, giving you controls for lights and outlets, then please let us know as we may be able to pre-cut an opening for it.  We would need to know what make and model you intend on installing as well as some dimensions and location.

How long will it take?

​

Should you purchase a unit in standard colours, and options, we usually estimate around seven to ten days from ordering to receiving your product.

It may take longer if ordering custom colours or colours and finishes that we don’t regularly stock. Contact us for our current lead time.

 

Free assembly & fitting

​

We know that undertaking a conversion yourself can be daunting, and difficult for some.  Therefore, we offer a free assembly and fitting service.  We require you to purchase a unit, arrange a date that’s best for you (including Saturdays) and we will have a unit ready to fit in your vehicle.  This usually takes around an hour to fit.  So save yourself some time and have us do the hard work for you. We are based in Padiham, Lancashire.
